Leonard served on the Grantville Planning Commission, was elected Councilman and served as Mayor Pro Tem. Elected 2013 to the Grantville City Council, he has been a leader in the fight to downsize and cut the cost of local government. He has over 20 years experience as an IT consultant and management professional. He currently specializes in Cyber Security.

 

Leonard and his wife, Kelly, have been married since 2000. They attend Holy Trinity church, are active in the community, and share the conservative values we cherish.
